Savannah Planning Guidance

When is the best time to book the Uganda & Kenya safari combo?
While gorilla trekking in Uganda is great year-round, the Great Wildebeest Migration in Kenya's Masai Mara, including the famous River Crossings, is best experienced during the dry season from July to October. We recommend booking 6 to 9 months in advance.
Are these flights private or scheduled?
Our standard package features premium scheduled regional flight connections to save costs. However, we can easily upgrade your safari combo to completely private, custom aviation charters upon request.
What are the flight luggage limits?
Domestic and regional flights maintain a strict limit of 15kg (33lbs) per guest, packed in soft-sided duffle bags. Excess bag storage is provided safely at Entebbe or Nairobi if needed.
